Conservolio is a private artwork condition and transit desk for people who need a clear record from intake through handoff and return.

Create an artwork or object record, attach an overall image, and place observations directly on the work. Every mark keeps its category, state, shape, severity, confidence, dimensions, description, and human-confirmation status together. Symbols and line patterns reinforce color so the record remains readable in varied viewing conditions.

CHECKPOINT-BASED REVIEW

- Build a chronological inspection record for intake, pre-pack, departure, arrival, installation, deinstallation, and return
- Compare two checkpoints with aligned canvases and an adjustable reveal control
- Separate new, changed, existing, stable, resolved, and uncertain observations
- Review category totals, change summaries, process warnings, and next actions
- Keep the original photograph and anchored human observations in one case

PREVENTIVE INSPECTION PROGRAM

- Set weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-month, or annual inspection plans per object
- See overdue, due-soon, upcoming, paused, and unscheduled objects across the collection
- Assign an examiner or team and keep object-specific risk or access notes with the plan
- Log concise cursory inspections with date, examiner, location, outcome, and action note
- Advance the next due date automatically and escalate material changes to Needs Review
- Keep routine history beside baseline reports, checkpoints, custody, and portable evidence

CUSTODY AND HANDOFF

- Record routes, carriers, handlers, methods, seals, and receiving notes
- Distinguish physical receipt from condition acceptance
- Track review tasks, owners, due dates, completion, and supporting notes
- See whether evidence is ready before creating a current, comparative, or transit report

PORTABLE EVIDENCE

- Generate current-condition, comparative, and packing-and-transit PDF reports on device
- Export a CSV observation register
- Create an integrity-checked JSON case archive for backup or transfer
- Remove imported photo metadata and store evidence in the app's protected local container

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Conservolio has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, subscription, third-party SDK, or developer-operated server. The bundled sample and all analysis work offline. Files leave the app only when you choose an Apple share destination.

IMPORTANT SCOPE

Conservolio organizes human-authored observations and comparison evidence. It does not identify damage automatically, prescribe treatment, establish authenticity, or replace examination by a qualified professional.
