Earshots is a private Mac meeting recorder built for turning spoken sessions into useful follow-up. Record a conversation, review the on-device transcript, mark key moments, and export a polished meeting brief when the session is done.

Version 2.1 adds a local Follow-Up Ledger for decisions, action items, risks, and open questions. Each item is grouped by type and mapped back to transcript timing when speech segments are available, so the review flow starts with the useful work and still lets you verify the source line.
