About Extrudial: Print Tuning
Extrudial is a single-screen calibration workbench for FDM 3D printing: it turns wall measurements into a flow setting you can defend.
Everything lives on one focused screen. A chart plots observed wall thickness against each tested input, with a reference line at your target line width. Three live gauges update as you move the sliders: volumetric flow in mm3/s (layer height x line width x print speed), a corrected flow percentage computed from your measured wall against the target, and a repeatability score derived from the spread of trial errors. The Machine envelope panel holds four sliders — print speed, layer height, line width, and measured wall — and the Profile decision panel reports the best tested input plus a plain verdict: Promote profile, Conditional, Retest required, or Flow-limited.
FEATURES
• Live volumetric flow estimate from speed, layer height and line width
• Corrected flow percentage from a single measured-wall value
• Repeatability score computed from trial error spread
• Trial chart with a target reference line
• Clear promote-or-retest verdict for each profile
• Trial-type selector: flow, temperature, retraction, pressure advance
