Migradock puts a zero-downtime database migration plan on one screen: a dependency-aware runway from the first expand step to the final contract.

The app opens directly into a phase-colored timeline chart that schedules every step after its dependencies and plots start and end in elapsed minutes across the five classic phases — Expand, Backfill, Switch, Validate, Contract. Three badges summarize the plan at a glance: an overall risk score, the critical-path duration, and the longest table lock. The Sequence evidence list shows each step with its predecessors and whether it has been rehearsed, and the Release gate section renders a decision — Ready for review, Conditional approval, or Blocked until irreversible steps are rehearsed — alongside an adjustable lock budget slider and a reminder to keep expand and contract deployments separate.
