Retaincairn puts an entire data-retention map on one screen: every copy of a record, how long each copy lives, and which copies will never die on their own.

The app opens straight into a single workbench built around a worked scenario — a customer-support data class copied across five systems: the primary database, an analytics replica, encrypted snapshots, a case export under legal hold, and an unowned cold archive. An expiry-wave chart plots when copies age out along the retention axis. Three live tiles track deletion coverage, policy breaches, and orphaned copies. Drag the default-retention slider and the breach count recomputes instantly; flip the legal-hold toggle to include or exclude held copies from your review. The copy graph lists each system with its copy type and retention period, and marks every copy as automated deletion, no automation, or active hold.
