RiderClose is a private, offline account-close workspace for exhibitors, trainers, owners, show offices, secretaries, and managers. Reconcile class entries, stalls, services, prize credits, office statements, and payments without an account or developer-operated server.

CLASS ENTRY AUDIT
- Keep horse, rider, division, class, billing treatment, office amount, approval state, and source reference together
- Account for entry, post-entry, scratch, and non-prize credits
- Detect duplicate horse/rider/class combinations before signoff
- Separate pending or disputed lines from the approved account

STALLS, SERVICES, AND FEES
- Record permanent and tack stalls, bedding, association fees, office services, and adjustments
- Link each approved charge or credit to its supporting source
- Compare calculated amounts with show-office amounts to the cent

STATEMENT RECONCILIATION
- See approved account, office statement, variance, reconciled payments, and remaining balance together
- Inspect a source-linked variance register rather than a black-box score
- Require separate exhibitor and show-office approvals before issuing a close
- Reopen a close as a new revision without silently carrying forward approvals

CONTROLLED LIFECYCLE
- Move each account through Draft, Issued, Paid, or Void states with explicit gates
- Match verified payments before marking an account paid
- Preserve an audit hash and revision history for each issued close
- Require a recorded reason before voiding

EVIDENCE AND EXPORTS
- Attach documents or photograph a show-office document only when you choose
- Generate a PDF account close, detailed CSV, plain-text handoff, portable RiderClose archive, and SHA-256 checksum manifest
- Reject unsupported, oversized, or altered imports

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
RiderClose has no account, advertising, analytics, subscription, tracking, or developer-operated server. Your horse-show library and evidence stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them. Local files use iOS Complete File Protection.

RiderClose documents and calculates a horse-show account close. It does not move money or replace accounting, tax, legal, association, trainer, owner, exhibitor, or show-office review.
