SlateMargin is a private film-continuity desk for script supervisors, directors, assistant directors, and independent production teams. It keeps scenes, camera setups, takes, match notes, reference frames, pickups, and daily records together without requiring an account or a subscription.

RUN THE SET DESK
See the active scene, coverage status, unresolved continuity, pickup load, and recorded running time at a glance. Add camera setups with slate, camera, codec, lens, frame rate, shutter, stop, filter, and movement details. Log takes with a running clock, timecode, camera and sound rolls, clip names, performance notes, technical notes, continuity notes, dialogue changes, and Circle, Hold, No Good, or Wild ratings.

TRACK SCENES AND SCRIPT BEATS
Build a scene list with sluglines, cast, page counts, story-day information, synopsis, script beats, setups, and takes. Coverage views make missing beats and preferred takes visible before the company moves on.

MATCH CONTINUITY
Create department-specific notes for wardrobe, hair and makeup, props, blocking, performance, camera, sound, set dressing, and environment. Filter unresolved observations, link match scenes and source slates, capture a camera reference, import a photo, attach a script reference, and compare two stored frames side by side.

CLOSE THE DAY
Maintain shoot-day calls, weather, safety notes, first shot, meal, wrap, page progress, and pickup status. Generate a daily PDF, editor take-log CSV, continuity CSV, wrap report, portable JSON project archive, and SHA-256 integrity manifest locally, then save or share them through Apple system sheets.
