A brand messages you asking what you charge, and suddenly you are guessing at a number. Clout Worth is an offline business manager for creators who need to price a sponsorship, read an offer before accepting it, and keep every deal organized from the first message to paid.

For pricing, enter your audience size, engagement, niche, deliverables, region, and scope, and it returns a low, fair, and stretch range with the reasoning behind each figure, including the parts creators tend to give away, like usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity, and rush work. Offer Review scores an incoming proposal against that fair rate and flags the usual traps, underpayment, slow payment timelines, perpetual usage, and long exclusivity, then drafts a counter you can send.

Beyond the numbers you can build an exportable rate card, work a quote into a fuller campaign plan, and track each conversation through inquiry, negotiating, booked, delivered, and paid, with pipeline value and monthly earnings in view. Short guides explain how engagement rate, usage rights, and disclosures actually work.

Clout Worth is private by design, with no account, no ads, no tracking, and everything kept on your device. It is an estimation and reference tool, not financial or legal advice, and it is not affiliated with any social platform.

About Clout Worth

Keep agreed work and later requests in one local ledger, with proposed and accepted fees separated and revision rounds recorded against the original scope.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Scope Ledger from Deals. Explore the launch-campaign example or record your agreed baseline, fixed currency, deliverables, included rounds, fee, estimated time, direct costs and rights notes.
2. Add change proposals using your own fee adjustment and extra time/cost estimates. Record a client response only after receiving it yourself, with its date and reference. Accepted changes affect the agreed total; proposals stay separate.
3. Log revision rounds by deliverable, reverse mistaken entries and review overages. Share the scope report with baseline work, all changes, response references and revision history.

Existing rate estimates, offer review, campaign worksheets, rate cards, deal pipeline, invoice sheets, exports and learning resources remain available. Scope Ledger stores its own agreements separately and does not change existing deal amounts.

WHAT TO KNOW
A manual record, not a contract, invoice or proof of client approval. No messages or payment requests are sent. Figures use your own inputs and are not market rates or tax calculations. Baselines and currencies stay fixed; responded changes are retained. Up to 50 ledgers, 30 deliverables, 100 change requests and 200 revision entries per ledger. Revision overages do not add fees automatically.
