About Mailmonk
Mailmonk is an email window guard for people who want fewer random inbox checks. It never reads your email.
Set the times you allow yourself to check email, watch a calm countdown between them, and when the urge hits, open Mailmonk instead of Mail. If a window is open, go in. If not, Mailmonk shows your own numbers for today and asks you to stay zen, or to hold to break the gate on purpose.
NEW IN 2.0
• Per-day schedules: give each window its own days, such as weekdays only or Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Honest urge ledger: every unscheduled check you take is logged, your daily check limit is tracked, and the Journal shows your 14-day resolve rate with a chart.
• Mail Gate widgets for the Home and Lock Screen, plus a Control Center button on iOS 18 or later. Put it where your Mail icon was.
• Backup and restore: one file with your windows, journal, streak and settings. Mailmonk saves a copy of your current data before any restore.
• A cleaner design with a standard tab bar, larger and clearer text, and better iPad layouts.
ALSO INCLUDED
• Journal heat map (30, 60 or 90 days), weekly insight, focus grade and a Focus Coach that reads your own history
• Daily intention: name what you are actually waiting for
• Note to your future self, shown at the moment of temptation
• Window reminders, Vacation Mode, milestone seals
• Siri and Shortcuts: ask whether a window is open, when the next one starts, or log a resist
• CSV export of your journal
• The Method: a sourced library on why batching email works
One purchase. No subscription, no ads, no account. Everything stays on your iPhone or iPad.
