Version 2.0 rebuilds PartDelta around projects that hold unlimited BOM revisions. Compare any two revisions and PartDelta matches lines reference by reference, so range lists like R1-R8 are expanded and a part that gains two designators shows as two added placements, not a vague "changed" line. Hardware without designators (PCBs, screws, labels) is matched by part number, then description.
