About Route Your Pay

Route Your Pay is a local-first mileage and reimbursement ledger for people who need a reliable record of field travel, route evidence, expenses, and payment status.

LOG THE WORK

Create a trip with a date, purpose, client, vehicle, manual distance, odometer readings, route stops, excluded miles, and reimbursable expenses. Odometer evidence takes precedence when both readings are valid. Save route templates for repeat work.

RECONCILE THE MONEY

Apply a client, employer, reference, or custom rate. Mark each record Draft, Submitted, Part paid, or Paid and record settlements. The dashboard shows expected, received, and outstanding amounts without requiring an account or network connection.

REPORTS THAT TRAVEL WITH THE RECORD

Filter reports by period and client, review totals and aging, then export a PDF for a recipient or CSV for a spreadsheet. A validated JSON backup preserves the local ledger and can be imported after a device change.

FIELD-FRIENDLY BY DESIGN

Route Your Pay works offline and does not request location access. Add stops manually, open an address in Apple Maps when you choose, and keep the evidence you need without background tracking or an account.

REFERENCE RATES, CLEARLY LABELED

Optional U.S. reference rates are dated and linked to the IRS standard mileage-rate page. They are inputs for estimates, not tax or legal advice. Verify the rate and reimbursement policy required by the recipient.

PRIVACY

Route Your Pay collects no data, uses no account, contains no ads, and has no analytics or developer-operated server. Records remain on the device unless you deliberately export or share them. See the privacy policy and support pages for details.
