About Vault Verity

Vault Verity is a private document inventory and renewal-planning workspace for passports, IDs, licenses, insurance policies, warranties, certificates, and other household records.

Create an exact record for each document with its owner, type, issuer, issue and expiration dates, masked reference suffix, storage location, user-defined planning lead time, checklist, and private notes. Search, filter, archive, and review the complete library from a native iPhone and iPad interface.

The Today dashboard groups records into factual phases based on the dates you entered, including overdue, due soon, upcoming, and undated. A per-document audit timeline records the actions you log without inventing a health, risk, or readiness score. Six-month charts summarize renewal activity, while optional reminders are scheduled locally only after you ask for them.

Build plain-text, CSV, and PDF packets for personal review, or create a complete JSON backup and restore it by merging with or replacing the current vault. Vault Verity encrypts its local vault with AES-GCM and protects the encryption key in the iOS Keychain with device-only accessibility.

Vault Verity works without an account, advertising, analytics, tracking, subscription, in-app purchase, or developer-operated backend. Records stay on your device unless you explicitly export, back up, or share them. Vault Verity is an organization and planning tool; it does not verify identity, legal validity, insurance coverage, issuer rules, or renewal eligibility.
