Stillgrove is a calm Mac menu-bar sound mixer for focus sessions, gentle background audio, reusable mixes, timers, schedules, and local routine reports.

Tap a sound to start it. Tap more to layer them. Slide each one to taste. Build the exact background you want: brown noise under soft rain, a campfire with distant wind, or ocean waves on their own. Then save it as your own mix and bring it back with a single click.

Version 2.1 adds Focus Report, a local review surface for your completed focus sessions. It turns session history into a routine score, total time, average duration, top mixes, daypart pattern, note coverage, enabled schedules, and practical next actions. Copy the report as Markdown for a weekly review or personal work log.
