About Hush Habit
Hush Habit is a private, local-first field journal for observing recurring routines. Define one behavior, write a working hypothesis, choose an interruption plan, and record what actually happened without streak pressure or an opaque score.
PROTOCOL LAB
Create a 3-to-30-day observation window with a baseline estimate, planned pause, replacement action, and reversible environment edit. Keep one protocol active at a time, review progress, and preserve completed protocols in an archive.
CUE ATLAS
Inspect direct counts from your saved observations: cue labels, time bands, outcomes, replacement use, observed days, and the median of urge values you entered. Every summary exposes its denominator and calculation boundary.
SEARCHABLE JOURNAL
Filter observations by cue or outcome, search notes and protocol names, edit records, and remove entries you no longer want. Sample records make the complete workflow reviewable from the first launch and disappear when you save your own work.
SOURCE-LINKED PRACTICE DECK
Browse 12 illustrated field exercises for cue snapshots, if-then plans, short pauses, replacement menus, environment edits, factual review, and bounded protocols. Five primary literature notes link directly to DOI source pages.
PORTABLE, PRIVATE RECORDS
Export a PDF field report, CSV observation rows, plain-text summary, or JSON workspace backup. Restore a backup by merge or replace. Optional local reminders are requested only after you enable them.
No account, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics SDK, subscription, or developer-operated backend is required. Records stay in the app's local container unless you intentionally share an export.
Hush Habit is a personal observation journal. It does not diagnose, prevent, or treat a medical or mental-health condition.
