- Debian-testing / KDE Plasma 6 creative workstation.
- Calamares installer, Umbra visual identity, signed ISO, signed APT repo.
- Local AI setup through Ollama / Open-WebUI and a hardware-aware model picker.
- Creative app baseline for 2D, photo, video, audio, 3D, documents, and developer work.
- Control Center, preflighted updates, Btrfs-aware recovery, system health, and Agent Studio.
- Boot-to-snapshot rollback: an automatic snapshot before every apt transaction, a Btrfs @snapshots subvolume, and grub-btrfs listing every snapshot as a boot entry — so a bad update is undone straight from the GRUB menu.

What is broken right now
A roadmap is not a defect list. Known issues tracks what is actually wrong with the shipping release, and the changelog records what each release changed.
